With the "Gletscherexpress" we reach the high alpine zone in just a few minutes. At the Brunnkogel we find some very rewarding runs away from the hustle and bustle of the on-piste slopes, fast laps and lots of vertical meters can be skied already before lunch. An ascent of 40 minutes takes us to the almost suspended pyramid of Mittagskogel, with more than 1200 vertical meters of best skiing ahead. The next day we want to take it a bit more seruious regarding the ascent. Via the Mittelbergjoch we reach the Taschachferner, almost 800 meters further up we the peak of Wildspitze at 3768 meters is waiting for us. An almost endless descent leads us through the Taschach valley back to Mandarfen. Even in heavy snowfall and poor visibility, Pitztal has something to offer: in just 30 minutes drive we reach Hochzeiger. Here we mostly ski at the tree line or just a little above, so even in poor visability or with less favorable avalanche conditions, we can still ski very nice lines. Directly in front of our hotel we get on board of the Riffelseebahn and reach comfortably the Grubenkopf. After a short descent, we have the choice between Wurmtaler Kopf and Seekarlesschneid. If you really want to get to know the diversity of the Pitztal, you are exactly right on this trip.
Our Hotel
For many years we have always enjoyed being guest at the Hotel Vierjahreszeiten in Mandarfen. The breakfast buffet is so rich and varied that you would like to sit for quite a while longer. With the apres ski there is a snack, cold or warm whatever your heart desires. Now it is time for a relaxing visit of the sauna and spa area. Also here is nothing left to be desired. To a delicious multi-course menu the chef personally likes to serve a nice bottle of wine from his extensive wine cellar.

Requirements
- This trip is suitable for good skiers with multi-year freeride and powder snow practice. Controlled and safe skiing in all types of snow is no problem for you.
- Ascents of up to 2.30 h with skins and climbing bindings are possible. Appropriate equipment, experience and condition are required.
Participants
We offer this trip to a minimum number of 5 and maximum of 6 participants.

- Safety equipment (avalanche transceiver, probe, shovel) on loan, must be registered at least 30 days before the trip.
