At the end of the 2021/22 winter season, we set sail as so often. With 8 guests we sailed on the Ocean B through the untouched wilderness of Spitsbergen, anchored in a secluded bay and then started our ski tours with the small dinghy. Far and wide no traces of civilization, but we were able to observe walruses, reindeer, birds and even an arctic fox up close.
Standing on a summit after a long climb, letting your gaze wander over huge glaciers and then swinging straight down to the sea is one of the great experiences that you can experience as a ski tourer. The moving images speak for themselves...
