Actually, our group had been looking forward to a freeride week in Gressoney on the south side of Monte Rosa Massiv together with our mountain guide Claudio. Unfortunately, the snow situation there is anything but gratifying this winter. Until the end, we had hoped that the situation would improve. In the end, however, we decided to move the trip to the Austrian Montafon. There was about 30 cm of fresh snow on time and so it was a week full of powder snow and first lines.
