How and when can you reach us?
Generally you can reach us in our office Monday to Friday from 9 am to 12 am and from 2 pm to 5 pm. Should we not be able to answer your call, please send us an email and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
How do I book my trip?
After completing the online registration form for your trip, you will receive an automatically generated confirmation. 3-5 working days later we will get back to you with a personal confirmation for your participation.
What happens if my requested travel dates are booked out?
For all trips an early registration is recommended. Due to high demand, we keep prospective or waiting lists for future events or in case that someone fails. The principle is, if you book early the chances that you will be able to travel at your favorite time of travel are higher. If possible we also able to run private chartered weeks.
Why do I need a travel or cancellation insurance?
The travel cancellation insurance helps especially in case of unforeseeable events such as illness or injury after booking. In this case, the costs (depending on the product up to a certain proportion) will be refunded.
A travel or accident insurance is a prerequisite for the cost-covering care in an emergency on site.
Why do we have a minimum of participants?
The minimum number of participants is a certain guarantee for us, not having to travel with too few participants, as this would lead to economic failure. It is therefore only possible to guarantee the implementation of a journey if the minimum number of participants is reached.
Can I pay by credit card?
We do accept Visa or Mastercard. Due to data privacy we are not allowed to receive any details about your Visa or Mastercard via email. This can only be done while a personal call to our office.
How can I cancel my trip?
Please read point 5 of our terms and conditions. It is important that you inform us as soon as possible, if you need to cancel your trip. . Basically, you can cancel your trip at any time by writing an eamil, please be aware of the cancelation conditions.
What is the so called insolvency insurance?
With every booked trip you will receive a money guarantee certificate. This is a guarantee that your deposit or balance payment in case of bankruptcy of Flory Kern Ski Berge Adventure GmbH is secured for you. In Germany, each tour operator is required by §651r BGB to own this insurance and accordingly issue a security certificate for each booking (in German called Sicherungsschein).
