Dream days in the Vosges!

Like last year, a group of strong Swiss bikers visited us in the French Vosges. During three sunny and warm summer days they experienced a fireworks display of trails. Flowy downhills over lush forest floors, scree fields, hairpin bends, carpets of roots, meadow trails, built enduro trails with jumps... the endless Vosges offer something for everyone and guarantee a smile on everybodys face.

The days were of course rounded off by the fine Alsatian cuisine. At lunchtime we had a hearty, traditional meal, the delicious "Roiggabreggaldi" with smoked meat and salad are almost a must... although it's better to have half a portion only, then a typical blueberry cake fits in without feeling stuffed on the trail afterwards. In the evening, Francois the chef conjured up all sorts of specialties on the plates, always an experience!
