Autumn mood in the French Alsace

With little expectation...

...we started the long weekend in the French Alsace. The weather forecast suggested anything but a golden October. In the end, however, everything turned out differently than we had feared. Sometimes the sun shone, then dark clouds stole the warming golden rays of sunshine from us, but then the fire in a cozy mountain hut warmed us up. After a large piece of blueberry cake, the world looked rosier again and we headed out again.

We chose more flowy trails in the damp, challenging conditions, so we had plenty of fun riding. In the end, as so often, it was three very emotional, super days.
