Details and Itinerary
Val d’Anniviers is an absolute pleasure to visit. It has many beautiful locations with old Valais chalets. We will be hosted and taken care of by the mountain guide family Salamin. Each day we will explore new and surprising corners of the area. The lifts will take us up to over 3000 metres and give us access to a magnitude of amazing freeride routes. On some days we may want to take advantage of the lifts again and again. On others we may want to head away from the skiing areas and have open landscapes just to ourselves.
One of the many highlights here is the descent from Corne de Sorebois to Grimentz, which spans over 1400m, while ibex stoically ponder down on us from their high perches. The four-thousander mountains in this area magically surround the valley. In some areas it’s great to survey the surroundings and play a little game: who knows which mountain it is? Weisshorn? Zinalrothorn? Then we’re off again, carving down the slopes, down to Mottec. Enjoy these winter dreams in Val d’Anniviers with us. We love coming her each year.
