But once the season has started, Flory loves to be show the finest powder and the best freeride spots around the globe to his guests and friends.
Dagmar Kern from Schonach, Germany
Dagmar pulls the strings around the office. Thanks to her experience of many years, she knows the answer to almost every question and if not, she will certainly find out for you. And whenever Dagmar is not working in the office, she is out on her mountainbike on one of the endless trails in the Black Forest or spends some time with her children Tia and Colin.
Andrea Wagner
Andrea supports Dagmar and Flory in the office and is mainly responsible for the website and all other marketing issues. Furthermore, she holds some lectures at the SSI Bodensee. Originally from Koblenz, she now lives in Schonach and likes to explore the mountain bike trails in the region.
Bernd Adler
Bernd has been a professionel mountain guide for more than 10 years now, in summer and winter alike. Superior leadership skills as well as an extensive experience make him stand out. We can rely on him not only with our heliski journeys in Kamchatka.
Wolfi Schmid from Oberstaufen, Germany
As a professionel mountain guide for many years, Wolfi has a calm and superior air about him that does much to reassure everyone whenever needed. A perfect freeride skiing technique as well as an utterly reliable intuition for snow conditions in alpine regions distinguish him from others. He was one of the first mountain guides to do heliskiing in Kamchatka and is still thrilled by this great destination.
Stefan Brueck from Buchenberg, Germany
Stefan is not only a passionate climber, but also likes almost any alpine mountain sports. Whether it’s snow, ice or rock, with Stefan on your side, you can’t go wrong. Unlike noboby else, he always achieves to adapt perfectly to the needs of the group and also of the single person. With Stefan, not only safety is guaranteed, but also a good feeling and an agreeable atmosphere in the group.
Lutz Fleck from “Loetschental”, Switzerland
Lutz’ favourite discipline is freeriding, preferably for more than 100 days every year.
Due to his more than average knowledge of snow and avalanches, together with his perfect skiing technique, Lutz is an outstanding mountain guide.
Matte Knaus aus dem Stubaital
Matte doesn´t need to hide at all. He is a real Freerider and Newschooler, you may see him skiing an deep powder fullspeed and all a sudden he turns around and skis backwards. For his age of just 30 years he reached a lot, so he disgratuated in Geography and if he is not out in the mountains for pleasure he is a member of the Austrian Mountain Guide Trainers, which is highly respected.
Fedor Farborov from Petropavlovsk Kamchatsky, Russia
Fedor, or Fedia, how we call him, knows more about the mountains of Kamchatka than anybody else. He is with us at all our heliski journeys in Kamchatka. The experience from centuries of mountaineering together with a mountain guide training in Canada make Fedia an absolutely superior mountain guide.
Andi Thomann
Alexander Astroiten (Sascha) from Petropavlovsk Kamchatsky, Russia
For more than 35 years Sascha has been steering helicopters. Due to his absolute sovereignty he is probably one of the best and most experienced helicopter pilots in whole Russia.
Tia and Colin
The children of Dagmar and Flory. They also love to be in the mountains and if being asked, what she wants to do as a grown-up, Tia will say: “mountain guide”.
Simon Anwander
Simon is characterized by a very likeable and laid-back manner. He feels home everywhere where there are mountains but loves best to be in the snow-covered high mountains.
Andi Biberger
Andi is an absolute allround talent: in summer he crosses the Alps more than 10 times and loves to be climbing even at the highest of levels. In winter, he also loves to go where nobody else has been before and even there knows to ski perfectly.
Martha Madsen Elizovo Kamchatka

Martha has been living on Kamchatka together with her husband Youri for 13 years now. She is responsible for all translations on our heliski trips. She is there for our guests at any time and coordinates all activities for us. On Kamchatka Martha is definitely of great value to us.
