Krippenstein is one of the best freeride spots in the Alps. The lodge is uniquely situated on the top of Krippenstein. That way, in the morning we will get the first run and in the evening a perfect sunset. With downhill runs of about 1,600 vertical metres and a new cable car, we can do up to 10,000 vertical metres per day. Our mountain guides know this hidden spot in the Eastern Alps perfectly. With just little effort there are endless opportunities to ski, partly along the fixed rope routes of the Dachstein region.[lang_en">www.flory-kern.de/agb.
Requirements
- secure skiing in all terrain
- Climbs uphill of up to 60 minutes per day are possible.
The service package of 660 EUR includes
- 4 overnights with half board in double rooms
- 4 days guiding by UIAGM mountain and skiing guide
- safety equipment LVS device, shovel and probe on loan (needs to be booked at least 10 days before travel)
- travel cancellation insurance (just aviable if more than 30 days prior traveling)
- insolvency coverage

How to get there
Take the Highway Salzburg - Linz get off Exit Wolfgangsee then head to Gmunden to reach the bottom station of the cable car. The last gondola leaves at 4 pm. It is essential to be on time. If you are late, there is no possibility to come up in the same evening. You have to stay in a hotel in the valley at your own expense. Please call the Lodge up in the mountain to inform the Guide. You will need to take the first cable car up in the morning to join up the group.
